Philosophy
The Children’s Center for Language and Culture (ChiCeLaCu!) is licensed by the Virginia Department of Social Services and offers full and part-time options at its Fairfax City and Falls Church/Tyson locations as well as various online classes. Children learn Spanish and are exposed to various Latin American cultures through a fun, long-term, and highly effective curriculum that combines in-person classroom learning and online classes with the visual and performing arts.
Learning another language benefits a child’s intellectual and emotional development. Our goal for our students is to achieve Spanish proficiency in a period of 3 to 4 years. We offer small classes and follow a highly effective and stimulating curriculum that combines classroom learning with the visual and performing arts.
